The Situation
A Dubai Internet City office suite wanted to move away from keys entirely. Their team works flexible hours, visitors and contractors come and go, and issuing physical keys for every arrangement had become impractical to manage.
How We Approached It
We checked each door for smart-lock suitability, confirming thickness, existing preparation and whether the doors could carry motorised hardware. We also confirmed Wi-Fi coverage at each door, since a smart lock with an unreliable connection creates more problems than it solves.
We installed app-managed smart locks across the suite and configured the management app so an administrator can grant or revoke access remotely. Time-limited codes cover contractors and visitors, and each lock retains a mechanical override for total reliability.
